All of you had to wait a VERY long time for your shovels and some of you STILL haven't received your shovel much to our great embarrassment. On behalf of everyone here at DMOS, we are sorry.
The heart of our mission at DMOS is the promise to provide customers with superior American-made tools that will last a lifetime on time, every time. We want to thank you for your unwavering belief and commitment in that promise. Like every fan of DMOS, we were disappointed that our October orders didn’t ship out as planned, and that some of you had to wait and wonder, and more importantly that, for a small group of you, your order is still not in your hands. We take full responsibility for that and realize there is no excuse for it.
We want you to know the DMOS team is 100% committed to ensuring you receive a tool that will surpass your expectations and couldn’t let a product ship out that didn't meet our standards of excellence. Fortunately, the issues we ran into have since been resolved. Our promise to you now is your order will be shipped from our Oregon facility by committed American workers and DMOS team members by Friday Nov. 17.
This means you will receive your DMOS shovel in 5-7 days following that shipping date.

Hello backers!
First of all, and as always, thank you all for your continued support and nonstop excitement for our badass products!
To start, a quick update on what is in production and what has already been shipped. Already produced and shipped are Native Alpha Shovels and Camo Alpha Shovels. Blackout Alpha Shovels and Fire Red Alphas have been produced, but got stuck on a truck between our factory and shipment station for 10 DAYS! These will begin shipping by next week. In production this week are Moonstone Alpha Shovels and all Stealth Shovels which will take two weeks to produce.
Those of you who ordered Stealth Shovels as part of your order will be receiving your complete order at the latest in two weeks if not sooner. We are starting to run a truck daily from our factory to our logistics firm. We were running weekly and it wasn’t fast enough!
For those of you who have received partial orders to date it’s because we encountered a SKU-pairing issue between our crowdfunding platforms and our shipping platform. Because of this, some orders were shipped as partial orders. We have, however, solved the problem and the remaining parts of your orders will be shipping shortly!
Lastly, for those of you that ordered Saber Saws (with a T-Grip), we are backordered on the top shaft segment with the T-Grip. You’ll soon have your saw but that top segment and T-Grip still has to be produced. Timing TBD as we await further scheduling from our factory.

Hello loyal backers!
DMOS here again, updating you on shovel shipments. Shovels have already begun shipping, but it is happening in batches, so don't fret if you haven't received your package yet! Please rest assured that as soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
We are currently shipping out around 750 shovels a week and these bad boys look ridiculously good!
You have all been incredibly patient and we can never thank you enough for the nonstop support you have given us.

Shipping Update: First 750 Alphas This Week
Hi Backers,
As we have shared, the production cadence started last month. This week, 750 Alphas including the Native, Winter Camo, and Fire Red ship from our factory to our warehouse. Next week, we produce 750 more including the Moonstone and Blackout Alphas. The week of October 16th, the factory runs all of our Stealth line.
Our warehouse got set up last week with an entire DMOS area - bins for your saws, bags, decals (the small goods) and racks for the shovels. Our warehouse is a third-party facility scaled to handle large orders and turn them around quickly.
The exact ETA for YOUR shovel, as you can see, depends on your color way (and what else is in your order.)
We'll keep you posted with frequent updates as progress is made.
