Hi everyone, I'm not sure where the confusion is... we get a lot of questions about the ship date for your product... we are IN Production - and plan to ship end of this month. We had said June/July but that was if we had produced shovels in Asia. We are September (behind) as we moved production to the United States. That's the whole story nothing but the story... sorry for the delay but production quality drove this very important decision. And we want you to have your shovel for many many seasons to come. A Note from Susan, Founder & CEO of DMOS
Hi everyone, this is Susan, the founder of DMOS. We are at an exciting place as a company: In under 9 months, we have moved production from Asia to the US; we were granted our Utility Patents; and, coming this Fall, we are working with Warren Miller as one of their brand partners.... but, as some of you have pointed out from time to time, we may not have communicated enough about our progress. We apologize in advance if you all feel like we are not as communicative as we could be. Just want you to know - that in business and in life - you sometimes have to do the 80/20 rule to survive - 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes - and the cause that matters to you as a backer and to our survival as a company, is production. However, now that production is ramping and going very well (quality is exceptional), customer service is our next area of focus. We just filmed a series of videos around the shovels - how to use, common questions, service issues, have implemented a scaleable Customer Service platform as we are building DMOS into an even better brand. We look forward to earning better marks in customer service from you all in the future and getting your shovels on their way to you in less than a month. Hi Backers! Just want you to see what's coming off the line. So, we have several colors to make of Alphas and Stealths and they are in production. Then, we have a fair bit of shipping to do! Product is coming - October 1.

Hello Loyal DMOS-Supporters!
We just wanted to give you an update and let you know that we are still here. Yes, we know we have dropped the ball in terms of communication with our customers, and though we know there’s no excuse, we’re hoping you’ll forgive us.
As stated in the previous update, Alpha Shovel deliveries have been postponed until October, as production delayed to allow for the move from Asia to the U.S. However, do not fear! Shovels are in production and they will be coming!
As far as further sales go, we have decided to move away from Indiegogo and move toward our website. Any further sales can be ordered directly through www.dmoscollective.com
Please rest assured, however, that if you have pre-ordered an Alpha Shovel on Indiegogo, your order will still be fulfilled.
